Cubes

Cubes are a fraction of oak in the form of square pieces, toasted using classical technology by roasting method. They are used in the manufacture of a wide range of beverages.

Cubes are produced only from high-quality raw materials after atmospheric drying for at least 24 months in the open air. Relatively simple, compared to Bousinage technology, the manufacturing process makes this product one of the most popular.

Cubes are most often used in the production of alcoholic beverages during aging. They diffuse the taste and aroma of oak. The color of the drink is the same as during aging in barrels.

Cubes do not require additional chemical treatment and are ready to use. It is also possible to mix different degrees of toasting to create individual flavors of matured drinks.
