Lattes diffuse slowly the oak notes and tannins to wine. At the same time, the wine will continue to benefit from the advantages of controlled oxidation due to exchanges through the wood of the barrel. This synergy allows you to get a drink with well-integrated oak notes.
Lattes are used during the aging ” in rosary” in barrels, for the aging of white, rosé, red wines and spirits. Lattes are ideal for enriching the aromatic profile of drinks during multiple aging in already exhausted barrels.
Lattes are produced only from high-quality raw materials after atmospheric drying for at least 24 months in the open air. Lattes do not require additional chemical treatment and are ready for direct introduction into the drink.
