Boisé

Boisé — is a water-based oak extract of organic origin, made from oak wood of various degrees of toasting using the patented technology “Bousinage”. Exceptionally natural product, no fragrances or dyes.

Boisé has a characteristic oaky aroma with spicy, vanilla and nutty notes without foreign odors. Suitable for red, rosé and white wines, cognac, whiskey and other spirits.

Boisé reduces the herbaceous tones and stabilizes the color of the drinks, reveals the aromatic potential, emphasizes berry aromas, reinforces structure and gives elegance to drinks. It changes the aroma of alcohol and wine in a few hours, as well as refinement in wooden containers in a few years. Thanks to this the time of production of drinks is reduced.

Boisé, as well as Tannin, is produced in a certified laboratory in France and and undergoes rigorous quality control. Wine

Boisé gives roundness, volume and structure to drinks. It reduces the herbaceous notes, reveals fruit tones, protects against oxidation, enhances the harmony of wine. It is used to saturate the drink with oak aroma and taste. During alcoholic fermentation it helps to stabilize the color of wine. During aging, it creates a complex aroma and taste of wine. Brandy
